we do our onfarm homekill on fridays and hang all beef for 10 days before we begin processing.

beef bookings do fill fast for the year, if you would like a beef killed and processed at any time throughout 2024 and 2025 book it in now to secure your date. no stress bookings i will remind you a week out and you can cancel anytime, no problem. remember, all beef hung on bone for 10 days!
